Date for your 2019 diaries is our AGM at The Maybloom Social Club, Bostall Hill, on Tuesday 22 January 2019, from 7.30pm.

Please let us know if there are any matters you would like to discuss.  The proposed draft agenda so far is as follows:

  1. Annual Report to Members with Q&A
2. Finance Report
3. Elections of Officers and Committee members

Officer and Committee posts are electable posts on an annual basis.
Any PPP member can stand for election by being nominated, and subsequently seconded for a position, by PPP members. Nominations must be sent by email.
Any nominations must also be agreed to, by an email, from the PPP member concerned.
Nominations are requested to be submitted by 4 January.
